Caractéristiques :

This complex wine was fermented and aged in old oak barrel to confer a beautiful structure and an excellent preservation. To create this vintage, we selected in the plot our grape which was hand-harvested.

To be tasted with fish in sauce or Comté, Beaufort cheese

This wine is subtle and spiced, it was aged in oak barrel. To create this vintage, we selected a very old plot of 100 years old, these grapes were harvested in the hand to take the biggest care.
